Hi, I’m Maximilian Jackson. This is my personal blog, where I write about turning data into decisions — data and analytics in practice, AI and modern data systems, and the leadership side of building teams that ship good work.

A little about me: I’m Director, Data & AI at B H S, with around twenty years spent inside technology organisations taking large, messy datasets and shaping them into information people can actually act on. My work spans the full lifecycle — data integration and management, modelling with machine learning, advanced statistics, custom algorithms, network graphs and operations research, and the dashboards that make it all readable to non-specialists. Just as much of the job is human: translating between technical teams and business stakeholders, and building, training, and leading data teams.
